I sold my home in Des Moines, IA in February 2006 and, of course, had to find a place to live quick. When I found my Dave Paik home it was in the dry wall stages. I was able to pick out everything for my new home and was told it would be completed by my deadline. When I moved in, it was done to my satisfaction and completed on time. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. Items that needed to be addressed on my 30-day walk through were done in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Dave and his team have tried very hard to ensure that I am happy in my new home, and I am!

Back in March of 2001 we started looking for a 4 bedroom house in the Northwest area of Omaha. After going through several existing houses and not finding one that had everything we needed, we realized that building was our only option. We talked to our realtor and he introduced us to Dave Paik. We looked at the new model home that Paik Builders were planning on building for 2002. It was everything that we were looking for and much more. It had 4 bedrooms all on one level, 3 bathrooms, 3 car garage, and plenty of closet space. Building was an experience that we will never forget. We did not realize how many things that we got to pick out ourselves. But the one thing that we enjoyed about it the most was no honey-do-list after we moved in. Everything was exactly like we planned and hoped that it would be after we moved in. Dave Paik and his team were the best group of people that we have ever dealt with. They were understanding, supportive, and most of all honest. I would refer anyone to them because I know that they would be taken care of. So I would like to thank Dave and his team for all of their help and my family has been enjoying our new house for over a year now.
