As founder, owner and president of DAVE PAIK BUILDERS, David R. Paik has been involved in the custom home construction business since 1972. Graduating from Ohio University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering has helped Dave to become one of Omaha’s top custom home builders. Dave has been and remains a career long member of Metro Omaha Builder’s Association and the Home Building Professionals of Greater Omaha. Known for his unique ability to combine high quality construction with affordability and bring to life quality homes year after year. Dave takes pride in being personally involved in each home that he builds and can be found at numerous job sites on a daily basis.
Dave is a family man with his wife June of 45 years and their three children; Eric, Angela and Jaime. Dave lives and works out of his home in Cambridge Estates. DPB’s subcontractors have been with Dave an average of 16 years, providing unmatched workmanship in each and every construction trade.
