About Dave Paik Builders

As founder, owner and president of DAVE PAIK BUILDERS, David R. Paik has been involved in the custom home construction business since 1972. Graduating from Ohio University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering has helped Dave to become one of Omaha’s top custom home builders. Dave has been and remains a career long member of Metro Omaha Builder’s Association and the Home Building Professionals of Greater Omaha. Known for his unique ability to combine high quality construction with affordability and bring to life quality homes year after year.
